Experience, passion, and respect for tradition have always characterised Ristorante Da Thomas.

For 46 years, we have been working respectfully with the products of our land and sea.


Fresh fish, raw seafood, top-quality cuts of meat, and high-quality ingredients define our menu, which follows the seasons with off-menu specials and evergreen dishes that we bring with us year after year, since the time when Cecchino and Isa, our parents, founded the restaurant in 1978.


We are the third generation of a great family, always in Santa Teresa Gallura, passionate, ambitious, and constantly in pursuit of perfection in what we do: quality dining.

The menu

For us, the kitchen is the expression of who we are at a given time: we work with carefully selected ingredients and present them with the best combinations, the result of research and constant inspiration to offer you a high-level gastronomic experience.


We favour typical ingredients from our land, Sardinia: from the local catch of the Bocche di Bonifacio, to the prized cuts of free-range meat, cheeses, and vegetables from the Island.

Our wine list, with over 300 labels, offers a wide selection of prestigious regional, national, and international references.


Alongside important labels, there is also space for small producers of the highest quality: a range of carefully selected options.

Ristorante Da Thomas was founded in 1978, born from the love and partnership of Francesco Mannoni, affectionately known as Cecchino, and Isabella Ogno, married since 1962.


Their love began in Santa Teresa Gallura, and in the same city, they decided to share their passion for Sardinian cuisine and gastronomic tradition with locals and tourists, giving life to
