the sea without limits

Since 1978, we have specialised in seafood cuisine, primarily using local catches. By local, we mean the trusted fishermen from the port of Santa Teresa Gallura, who deliver the freshest seafood from our sea:

John Dory, Scorpion Fish, Sea Bass, Bream, Red Porgy, Dentex, Amberjack, Grouper, Bluefin Tuna, Red Prawn, Langoustine, Cuttlefish, Ray.


The highlight of the dining room is our marine aquarium, which, when possible, hosts Local Blue Lobster, Lobster, and Local Goats.


We also feature top-quality cuts of meat, including Sardinian Red Cattle Beef and Sardinian Lamb and Sheep. New for 2024 is the prized Wagyu, Japanese beef which we cook on our teppanyaki grill.

Ristorante Da Thomas offers a wide selection of raw seafood:

Langoustines, Red Prawns, a large variety of oysters, sea truffles, razor clams, carpaccios, and tartares.

For 46 years, we have maintained friendships and collaborations with local fishermen who supply us with the finest and freshest ingredients, directly from the cold waters of the Bocche di Bonifacio, on which Santa Teresa Gallura overlooks.

This tasting menu reflects us and our relationship with the ingredients we have the honour of working with every day.


Among the numerous offerings on our menu, Storie di Mare, our tasting menu represents the evolution of our cuisine, always updating and growing.

We work with seasonal delicacies, creating dishes that vary weekly within the tasting menu.
