Selected premium labels
We have selected over 345 labels for the new wine list: prestigious Champagnes, exceptional Vermentinos, signature wines, major producers and small growers, natural and biodynamic wines. A wide range of varieties allows our Sommelier to recommend the best wine for your dinner.
A new addition to the 2024 wine list is the selection of 11 labels served by Coravin, a tool that allows us to serve by the glass even bottles we would normally not offer, while preserving them perfectly.
Gourmet pairings
Ristorante Da Thomas has selected a wide variety of labels, both local and international, to ensure a selection of white and red wines to pair with every dish on the menu. The best wineries from the Sardinian region are included to promote and enhance the fruits of our land and beyond. Each wine offered finds its perfect match with the menu at our restaurant, catering to all tastes. A selection of Champagnes and sparkling wines is also available to celebrate every occasion, creating the perfect backdrop for your lunch or dinner.
